Congratulations! Your goods are on the way. Now what?

Keep an eye out for your Order Confirmation email. This will be sent to your inbox as soon as you place your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email that our warehouse has received your order and it is ready to be shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order in your My Account under Order History. For non-My Account members, you can track your order status at the top of the homepage under the Login link.

Note: Items in your order may ship from separate warehouses, so keep an eye out for multiple tracking numbers.

Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, we are not able to make any changes or cancel your order.

We understand mistakes happen, so we offer returns on all orders. Check out our Return Policy here.

Occasionally we have to cancel products or orders due to processing errors. If this happens, we will notify you by email immediately and you will not be charged.

Our #1 priority is getting your order to you as quick as possible, without sacrificing quality and accuracy. As soon as you place your order, we send it to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process, depending on what time you place your order. We do not offer weekend shipping, so orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are not processed until early the following week.

USA

Orders placed on Flyboy Apparel are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3 pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. Flyboy Apparel ships to all 50 states offering both a Standard and Express service. Shipping and handling charges are:

  • Standard – $6.99
  • Express – $15.99

* Please note that orders shipping to an Arizona, California, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah address will be offered Standard delivery service and orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska addresses will be offered Express only due to carrier restrictions.

CANADA

Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days pending payment authorization and verification.  Shipping and handling charges are:

  • International Priority – $18.99

USA

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to a California address. The rate applied will be the California state rate of 7.25%. Orders shipped within the Los Angeles County district will also be charged local tax making the applicable rate 7.75%. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipping to addresses outside of California unless otherwise mandated by the receiving state.

CANADA

Canada customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by province.  Duties and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide the exact amount of these charges.  The charges outlined at time of checkout and on your order confirmation are only those collected by Flyboy Apparel By submitting your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.  If your order is refused upon delivery, it will not be returned to Flyboy Apparel and no refund will be issued. Please contact Customer Service with any additional questions.

RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from WWW.IWEARFLYBOY.COM must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange product. If you purchased an item from WWW.IWEARFLYBOY.COM and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
